Through guided meditation, Yin yoga, breathwork, massage, mindful practices, and intentional periods of quiet, you’ll be invited to release tension, settle your nervous system, and rediscover the restorative power of true rest.
Your Retreat Includes:
4-Day, 3-Night Lodging - Enjoy a country side RV with two full sized beds, a kitchen and dining area, composting toilet and shower.
Farm-to-Table Breakfasts - Healthy breakfast options leaving you feeling nourished and satisfied. For additional meals, enjoy our neighbors country store with ready made meals, baked goods, and local farmer produce at 121 Farmhouse Kitchen.
A 2 Hour Healing Session - Choose from a massage of your choice, lymphatic drainage, Swedish for relaxation, deep tissue to melt away knots and pain. Add on cupping, reiki, or hot stones. All included in the retreat price.
Evening Yoga Nidra Meditation & Sound Bath — guided Yoga Nidra meditation with live music designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest
Paint by Numbers — a peaceful, creative opportunity to unwind and take a piece of your experience home with you
Forest Bathing — slow down and reconnect with the natural world through winding nature trails and beautiful sunsets

Retreat Pricing
$1,600 per person
Each retreat experience accommodates one or two women.
Reservation Deposit
A $480 non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve your retreat. Retreat dates must be confirmed with us before your reservation is finalized. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your retreat.
Need to reschedule? With at least 2 weeks notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new available retreat date.
Your deposit: Reserves your place while we coordinate your retreat dates. Allows us to personally connect and make sure your preferred dates are available. Is applied toward your total retreat cost
Remaining balance: $ 1,120 per person
